聯絡與問題回報Contact and reporting problems

電子郵件

所有專案共用同一個聯絡信箱：[email protected]。信件標題請帶上專案名稱（例如 [KESI]、[GearLab]、[OmniRadar]、[AfterHero]），我們比較容易分流處理。

適合來信的內容

  • 功能建議與想要的工具或路線。
  • 錯誤回報：功能無法使用、結果不正確或畫面異常。
  • 資料更正：我們整理或引用的資訊有誤，或來源已更新。
  • 著作權與內容移除的要求。
  • 隱私相關的詢問，例如查詢或刪除我們持有的往來信件。
  • 合作邀約。

回報問題時，建議附上

  1. 專案名稱與發生問題的頁面網址。
  2. 你做了哪些操作（步驟）。
  3. 預期看到的結果，與實際看到的結果。
  4. 使用的裝置、作業系統與瀏覽器（或 App）版本。
  5. 如果可以，附上畫面截圖。

請不要在信中附上密碼、證件、金融資訊或含有個人隱私的原始檔案。重現問題通常只需要截圖與操作步驟。

  • KESI 工具箱：網站上方的「許願／回報」按鈕，會幫你準備好含頁面資訊的信件。
  • OmniRadar：站內的許願池，或寫信給我們。
  • AfterHero：辨識錯誤請截圖寄到信箱，或在 Google Play 的 App 頁面留下私人意見。
  • GearLab：寫信給我們，或使用站內的聯絡頁面。

回覆

我們會閱讀每一封來信，並以能做到的速度回覆，但不保證固定的回覆時間。我們不會將你的信箱與信件內容提供給第三方，也不用於行銷，詳見隱私權政策。

Email

All projects share one contact address: [email protected]. Please put the project name in the subject (for example [KESI], [GearLab], [OmniRadar], [AfterHero]) so we can sort mail more easily.

What to write about

  • Feature suggestions and tools or routes you would like.
  • Bug reports: something does not work, a result is wrong or the display looks broken.
  • Corrections: information we compiled or cited is wrong, or its source has been updated.
  • Copyright and content-removal requests.
  • Privacy questions, such as asking to see or delete correspondence we hold.
  • Collaboration proposals.

When reporting a problem, please include

  1. The project name and the address of the page where it happened.
  2. What you did, step by step.
  3. What you expected to see and what you actually saw.
  4. Your device, operating system and browser (or app) version.
  5. A screenshot, if possible.

Please do not attach passwords, ID documents, financial information or original files with private content. A screenshot and the steps are usually enough to reproduce a problem.

Where to report for each project

  • KESI Tools: the wish/report button at the top of the site prepares an email with page details.
  • OmniRadar: the wish box on the site, or email us.
  • AfterHero: email a screenshot of recognition errors, or leave private feedback on the app's Google Play page.
  • GearLab: email us or use the contact page on the site.

We read every message and reply as quickly as we can, but we do not promise a fixed response time. We do not give your address or message to third parties and do not use them for marketing. See the privacy policy.
