CyberPunkSoho 與各個專案是什麼關係？
CyberPunkSoho 是開發這些專案的獨立工作室，cpsoho.net 是品牌網站。KESI 工具箱、GearLab、OmniRadar 與 AfterHero 是各自獨立的產品，分別有自己的網址與使用說明，請見作品與專案。
需要註冊或登入嗎？
KESI 工具箱、GearLab 與 AfterHero 不需要註冊帳號即可使用。OmniRadar 的瀏覽不需要登入；「車友回報」功能需要登入才能使用。
使用是免費的嗎？
目前各專案的功能都可以免費使用，網站透過廣告取得收入。如果未來有任何付費功能，我們會在該產品頁面明確說明。
KESI 的檔案真的不會上傳嗎？
KESI 的檔案處理是在你的瀏覽器中完成，不會送到我們的伺服器。你不必只相信我們，KESI 有一頁說明如何用瀏覽器開發者工具或斷網測試自行確認。需要注意的是，農曆工具會把查詢的日期傳到香港天文台核對，詳情寫在 KESI 的說明頁。
為什麼某些工具在我的手機或瀏覽器上無法使用？
工具是使用瀏覽器內建的能力處理檔案，不同瀏覽器與作業系統支援的格式與功能不同，影片與音訊轉換尤其明顯。建議改用較新版本的 Chrome、Edge、Safari 或 Firefox，並在電腦上處理很大的檔案。
本網站會蒐集什麼資料？為什麼有 Cookie 選項？
本網站沒有會員系統與表單。我們使用 Google Analytics 了解整體瀏覽情況，並使用 Google AdSense 顯示廣告，這兩項服務會使用 Cookie。你可以從頁尾的「Cookie 設定」同意或拒絕，詳情見隱私權政策。
OmniRadar 的燈號可以當成官方封路或安全證明嗎？
不行。OmniRadar 是民間的資料整合服務，燈號與推估只是依資料計算的參考，不代表官方發布的封路、災情或放行公告。實際交通管制請以公路局公告為準，現場狀況與你自己的判斷最重要。
如何回報錯誤、提出建議或要求更正？

開發中的專案要去哪裡看進度？
開發中的專案會列在作品與專案，並在更新紀錄記載可驗證的進度。例如 AfterHero 目前正在招募 Android 封閉測試者。
How is CyberPunkSoho related to the individual projects?
CyberPunkSoho is the independent studio that builds these projects, and cpsoho.net is the brand site. KESI Tools, GearLab, OmniRadar and AfterHero are separate products, each with its own address and instructions. See projects.
Do I need to sign up or sign in?
KESI Tools, GearLab and AfterHero can be used without creating an account. Browsing OmniRadar needs no sign-in, but the rider-report feature requires signing in.
Is it free?
All project features are free to use today, and the sites earn money from ads. If a paid feature is ever added, it will be stated clearly on that product's page.
Are KESI files really not uploaded?
KESI processes files in your browser and does not send them to our servers. You do not have to take our word for it: KESI has a page that shows how to confirm it yourself with browser developer tools or an offline test. Note that the lunar calendar tool sends the date you look up to the Hong Kong Observatory for cross-checking, which is explained on KESI's page.
Why does a tool not work on my phone or browser?
The tools use capabilities built into the browser, and browsers and operating systems support different formats and features, especially for video and audio conversion. Try a recent version of Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox, and process very large files on a computer.
What data does this site collect and why is there a cookie option?
This site has no accounts or forms. We use Google Analytics to understand overall traffic and Google AdSense to show ads, and both use cookies. You can accept or decline them via "Cookie settings" in the footer. See the privacy policy for details.
Can OmniRadar's signal lights be treated as an official closure or safety certificate?
No. OmniRadar is an independent data-aggregation service. Its lights and estimates are reference values computed from data and do not represent official closure, disaster or reopening announcements. Rely on the highway bureau's announcements for actual traffic control, and above all on conditions on site and your own judgement.
How do I report a bug, make a suggestion or ask for a correction?

Where can I follow projects that are still in development?
Projects in development are listed on the projects page, and verifiable progress is recorded in the update log. For example, AfterHero is currently recruiting Android closed-beta testers.
