CyberPunkSoho 的四個專案：KESI 工具箱、GearLab、OmniRadar 與 AfterHero。每個專案解決什麼問題、現在做到哪裡、該從哪一個開始。The four CyberPunkSoho projects: KESI Tools, GearLab, OmniRadar and AfterHero. What problem each solves, where it stands and which one to start with.

這四個專案各自解決一個具體的日常問題。每個專案頁都會說明它為什麼存在、可以做什麼、怎麼運作、資料從哪裡來，以及有哪些做不到的事。

Each of these four projects solves a specific everyday problem. Every project page explains why it exists, what it can do, how it works, where its data comes from and what it cannot do.

PRJ-001 ● 已上線Online

KESI 工具箱KESI Tools

解決的問題：想轉一張圖、合併兩份 PDF，卻要安裝軟體、註冊帳號，或把檔案傳到不知道誰管理的伺服器。The problem: You just want to convert an image or merge two PDFs, but you are asked to install software, sign up, or upload files to a server you know nothing about.

免上傳的線上工具箱：圖片轉檔與壓縮、AI 去背、PDF 合併與簽名、影片與音訊轉檔等近 40 種工具，支援 8 種語言，檔案只在你的瀏覽器處理。A no-upload online toolbox: image conversion and compression, AI background removal, PDF merging and signing, video and audio conversion and more. Nearly 40 tools in 8 languages, and your files never leave your browser.

PRJ-002 ● 已上線Online

GearLab 遊戲周邊實驗室GearLab

解決的問題：買了高刷新率螢幕或高回報率滑鼠，卻不知道它在自己的電腦上是否真的以規格運作。The problem: You bought a high-refresh monitor or a high-polling-rate mouse, but have no easy way to tell whether it really runs to spec on your own PC.

免安裝的電競裝備線上檢測：螢幕殘影與壞點、滑鼠回報率、鍵盤延遲、耳機與搖桿測試，打開網頁就能測。Install-free gaming gear tests in your browser: monitor ghosting and dead pixels, mouse polling rate, keyboard latency, headset and gamepad checks.

PRJ-003 ● 已上線Online

OmniRadar 山海路全方位雷達OmniRadar

解決的問題：出門前要在公路局、氣象署、地圖與潮汐網站之間來回切換，才能拼出一個決定。The problem: Before a trip you have to jump between the highway bureau, the weather agency, maps and tide sites to piece one decision together.

為跑山、海洋與高山族群打造的出發前儀表板：沿線即時影像、路面乾濕推估、氣溫、雨量與風，一頁看完。跑山、海洋、高山三個專區都已上線。A pre-trip dashboard for mountain-road riders, ocean goers and alpine hikers: live roadside cameras, road wet/dry estimates, temperature, rain and wind on one page. The mountain-road, ocean and alpine zones are all live.

PRJ-004 ● 開發中In development

AfterHero 保固通AfterHero

解決的問題：發票與保固卡散落在抽屜與信箱，東西壞了才發現過保，也找不到型號與客服電話。The problem: Receipts and warranty cards are scattered across drawers and inboxes, and you only find out a warranty has expired when something breaks.

把發票與保固卡拍下來，自動算出保固到期日；東西壞了，型號、序號與原廠客服電話一鍵就有。資料只存在你的手機，不用註冊、沒有廣告。Android 版封閉測試受測者招募中。Snap your receipts and warranty cards and the expiry date is calculated for you; when something breaks, the model, serial number and manufacturer support contacts are one tap away. Your data stays on your phone: no sign-up, no ads. Android closed beta testers wanted.

該從哪一個開始？

  • 想轉檔、壓縮圖片、合併或簽署 PDF：KESI 工具箱。
  • 想知道螢幕、滑鼠、鍵盤或耳機是不是真的達到規格：GearLab。
  • 出發去跑山、海邊或爬山前，想一次看完路況與天氣：OmniRadar。
  • 想把發票與保固卡收好、不錯過保固：AfterHero（Android，封閉測試中）。

Which one should you start with?

  • Converting files, compressing images, merging or signing PDFs: KESI Tools.
  • Checking whether a monitor, mouse, keyboard or headset really meets its spec: GearLab.
  • Seeing road and weather conditions at once before a mountain, coastal or alpine trip: OmniRadar.
  • Keeping receipts and warranty cards in order and not missing a warranty: AfterHero (Android, in closed testing).
